Enchanting and brilliant hotel in a lovely area just off the park that leads to Versailles Palace and gardens. Appetizing food in the restaurant for breakfast. - Exceptional and relaxing rooms with private bathrooms. - Unbeatable location a short way from the Royal Opera.

Fabulous luxury hotel. We had a superb room in the main building which overlooked the park of the Petit Trianon, beautiful. The location couldn't have been better, we were able to walk to the main entrance of the Palace within 10 mins. As we'd travelled by car we needed parking of which there was plenty (at a cost).
The hotel food/restaurant (not Gordon Ramsay's which was way out of our price range) was such a disappointment. As mentioned in previous reviews the service was beyond chaotic, the food was tepid and some of it never appeared (however it did appear on the bill)! It was also quite expensive.

Internet charge to deer to use, should be in with the room price most hotels do not charge for this service

Appreciated this amazing accommodation with very stylish staff with good service. The location in a lovely area was unbeatable and super and there were nice stores and shops nearby. I was surprised at nearby Angelina, they had some goodies, drinks.
The bed was too high, that's sad thing.

Great location, comfortable bed, superb location.
Did not like staying in the pavillion... Would prefer to be in the main building. Had to request baby cot and roll out bed twice!

Beautiful hotel just beside Versailles Castle, nice rooms and great vibe. All in all an expensive but good experience.
At the time we were staying 1 restaurant was closed (Gordon Ramsey) and we had a hard time to get into the open one although during our diner a lot of the tables stayed unoccupied ... a nice staff member helped us in and the meal was fab.

hotel location very easy to find when driving to versailles. very big and comfortable room. good selection of tv channels. very quiet area near chateau gardens
we dined in the veranda restaurant and felt it was not up to the rest of hotel standard for the price of the meal

Spacious and fancy rooms with fridges, tall ceilings, and a balcony. Awesome spot close to Neptune Fountain. Quick check-in and the option for a late check-out 😊.

Cozy and good rooms with a view of marie antoinette's gardens, nice services. Nice breakfast with crepes, juices and also prepared to order - well worth the money...
Poor staff!

Very nice hotel with Guerlain Spa facilities which we used. Nice room with huge bathroom. Service very attentive and location is excellent as it's very close to the grounds of the Versailles Palace. Breakfast was very good - excellent selection to suit everyone!
We had dinner in La Veranda restaurant on one of the nights but found the service to be quite slow and not very attentive - the waiter wasn't able to answer basic questions about the menu.. The atmosphere in La Veranda was also quite stiff and cold - we were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary but found it to perhaps be more suited to business clientel. Wardrobe space was quite limited and quite dusty inside.
